Towers and masts for radio relay and cellular networks

The company manufactures communication antenna towers according to standard plan №7592ТМ-Т1 developed by the Ukrainian branch of Energosetproekt under the USSR Ministry of Energy, Kharkov.
Towers АО-30, АО-40, АО-50, АО-60, АО-70, АО-80 are manufactured under this plan and are designed for installation of antennae for different purposes.
A tower steel structure has a three-dimensional core model in the form of a regular four-sided pyramid on the bolts. The tower’s stem structurally consists of pyramid sections 10 m long.
The main elements of antenna towers are:
-swinging arm for lifting equipment;
-maintenance area;
-passage and rest areas;
-vertical ladders with protection cage.
The towers are manufactured from carbon steels, classes S235, S245, S255 and low-alloy steels, class С345 depending on the design strength, the height of the rolled metal, the mode of rolling, and the use design temperature.
In accordance with the requirements of Construction Standards and Regulations (SNiP) 2.03.11-85, as an anticorrosion coating for towers’ elements the following is used:
-primer GF-021 + enamel PF-115;
-primer KhS-010 or KhS-785 + enamel KhV-124;
-enamel ОS-1203;
-Teknoplast Primer 7 + enamel Teknodur 50;
-other coating as may be agreed with the customer.
Daytime colour marking of antenna towers in accordance with the requirements of Exploitation Guidelines for Civil Air Fields of the Russian Federation (REGA RF-94) is made in the form of alternating red and white stripes 10 m high (as per a section).
The structure of a tower supplied includes:
- a set of metal constructions;
- a set of marked and galvanized metalwork;
- packaging of constructions in accordance with a developed scheme;
- tower passport;
- completion statement;
- document of quality;
- material certificates.
The company manufactures communication towers and structural parts thereto on the basis of the plan provided by the customer with self-developed drawings of metalwork parts. The newly manufactured products are subject to a preliminary check assembly.
